1. Measure and cut three 8-foot lengths of ribbon, two blue and one white.
2. Lay out the shells, alternating by type to form an attractive pattern for the garland. Layer the three ribbon pieces together and arrange near the shells.
3. Following manufacturer’s instructions, mix a small amount of epoxy glue on a piece of paper.
4. Apply the glue with a toothpick, penetrating through all ribbon layers, and secure the shells in an evenly spaced pattern.
5. To keep the ribbon pieces together, tie a small decorative knot between the shells and near the glue spots.
6. If desired, tie on smaller shells for visual interest. To make hanging loops, tie a slip knot on both ends of the garland.
